I take fairly good care of myself, try to eat and sleep well. Exercise, be social, keep busy and generally stay positive. You can prepare yourself. You can give yourself every opportunity to make things good. But regardless, life will throw you challenges there's no way to prepare for.

I've been diagnosed with Lymphoma. Cutaneous (I'm guessing t-cell) Lymphoma. I have an appointment at the Cancer Center next week. They'll be compiling the tests and biopsies and results and we'll be looking at where we go from here. Regardless of what the specifics are going to entail it's going to be a new journey for me in life.

I've dealt with a few hardships, I'm generally not one to complain. This, even more so, really puts into perspective the trivialities most people complain about in daily life. It's not easy guys, let's accept that and make the best of it.
